Meadowbrook Crossing Metropolitan District

Meadowbrook Crossing Metro District (District) is situated in El Paso County, Colorado on the eastern border of the City of Colorado Springs conveniently located near Peterson Air Force Base.

The primary purpose of the District is to finance the construction and maintenance of public improvements for the use and benefit of all anticipated inhabitants and taxpayers of the District. The District’s Service Plan was approved by the El Paso County Board of County Commissioners on October 4, 2016. The District is recognized as an independent unit of local government, separate and distinct from the County.
